This is the second time I visit this restaurant. First time was five years ago, when the salmon roe temaki ordered was really bad, not fresh, with shrunk roes, probably kept for longer than usual. Although São Paulo has a large number of Japanese restaurants today just a few manage to prepare dishes with fresh ingredients and out of the "rodízio" system. Here everything is fresh, the temakis are crunchy and the hot dishes are also very well prepared.
