Nice dinner, pleasant experience

Food is good, far from excellent, service is close to terrible. You wait forever for the waiter to come, they don't make any effort to be efficient. We first sat outside and when we moved to the table he mixed up all glasses and didn't take the appetizer in. Hostess never smiles and is aggressive. Don't really recommend.

The price is crazy around 50 euro each person! But the food is up to italian standars...NOT the service of the staff in the restouant, poor manners and they dint understand requirements of the clients...anyway positive experience due to the position and the crowd in the center of Sao Paulo..amazing city

Great place to eat and people watch. Like its other international locations the food quality remains the same and the ambiance is equal to its NYC flagship. Prices are very reasonable for Sao Paolo and always a reliable place to go for good Italian food.

Serafina isn´t particularly known as a pizzeria. It´s more known as a good reliable Italian restaurant. However, for anyone who likes thin crust pizza, with the right amount of cheese (not overloaded with cheese as is the case in 99% of pizzerias in São Paulo), then this is your place. The closest thing to real Italian pizza is here. The... More

It is a good italian restaurant at Itaim. Food is good and there is a lot of ambiance. Nevertheless I felt it was a bit crowded and service that night was not as good as it should be since waiters were running from one place to the other on a Friday night ... Anyway, as said, place is good and... More

My prefered dish is "palia i feno do sul", very equilibrated and tasty. The pizzas are as light as a pizza can be with fine ingrodients. They are opened from 12 to late at nigh on weekends, so go option for a late lunch. Great ambiance!

If you are looking for a nice atmosphere, to enjoy with your friends, family or even first date you will love that place. Go for some pasta, it's always fresh and "al dente". As a starter, my favorite, carpaccio and dessert always a creme brulee xoxo

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
