The restaurant is located in Vila Nova Conceição, upscale neighborhood of São Paulo, and it is identified with its glass facade that sits on a corner. Upon entering the establishment, you are greeted with a "Welcome!" in Japanese by all employees. The place is cozy and quiet, with table or tatami options to accommodate. The menu is spectacular, a totally... More

Kinoshita is the perfect blend of authentic Japanese cuisine with a bit of fusion, set in a stylish and chic atmosphere. The restaurant is stylish, service is top notch, and the quality of the sashimi is absolutely A-grade! The kobe beef and variety of sushis are great too.

This restaurant is by far the best japanese restaurant i have ever tried including the ones in japans. The best way to get to know this place is by trying the degustation menu and the kobe beef as well. Friendly staff and an open kitchen allowing the customer to watch the chefs prepare your dishes are just unique experiences.

My wife and I like sushi a lot! We went to several sushi restaurants. This restaurant is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE compared to what you get for it. I do not recommend it. Sushi quality is not premium. I liked JAM much better.

I've been there a lot times and I am still amazed on how good the Crispy Salmon Temaki is. The combination of crispy tempura, sealed salmon and trouffle make this Temaki the best one I ever tasted in my life. The downside is that it cost 35 reais each (USD 15) and you won't be ok with just one, but... More

I must tell you, by the moment you step into Kinoshita and are greeted by the whole staff shouting Japanese welcome words (irashai-mase) you start feeling that this is not going to be a typical Japanese dinner. Chefs there are really creative and only work with the freshest products at every season. The restaurant also has the biggest Sake menu... More
