Excellent pizza

This is a traditional pizzaria from São Paulo , the service it's average and place it's quite loud, so expect to speak up when the place it's busy so might not be the perfect choice for a casual business meeting . The food it's really gooooooddd! All the appetizers and pizzas are a must have .

We stumbled upon this place one night after shopping. What a treat! Really delicious pizza, great service and fairly inexpensive.

We got there before opening 6:30PM, more people started showing up and they opened their doors earlier. Few minutes after it was full. We (3) had a large pizza, i believe it was Mama Olga, creamed spinach with prosciutto (delicious), a plater with cheese and olives and a bottle of Italian Pino Grigo . Restaurant very clean, staff very friendly... More

Delicious pizza in São Paulo. The Marguerita is amazing! The Sangria, with vodka, one of the best i've tried! The place is a little bit crowded, and the stuff is not so fast, but for the food, it's ok! The prices are good also!

They have a huge menu of pizzas, I tried what the called the Vera Napolitana, it was good, for Sao Paulo, as there are better places in other neighbouring countries, but I have to admit among the best pizzas in this city.

Sao Paulo is the pizza capital of the world. Seriously. This place is more deep dish, in that even its non-deep variety is pretty thick. To synopsize the place: Busy, busy, busy. Noisy, noisy, noisy. Happy, happy, happy. I made the error of eating here alone one night, and despite being the only person out of a few hundred eating... More

On our first visit to Sao Paulo, I passed by the Margherita Pizzeria with my nose held high. It looked like a tourist trap. On our second visit, we gave it a try, and I can safely report that the high rankings are well deserved. I'm told that Paulistas do pizza well, and if Margherita Pizzeria is anything to go... More

I arrived at 8pm (eating on my own) and was immediately shown a table, otherwise you are asked to wait in the bar area until a table becomes ready. It seemed a lot busier by 8:30pm, so I timed my arrival just right. It's not an intimate place, very busy and very large but all the same it had a... More

The Margherita Pizzeria is very well located, near Av. Paulista, in the financial heart of São Paulo. The woody-oven pizza is very tasty. The beer is good and there is a wine chart that offers you some good options. Worth knowing.

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
