Before I begin this review, I would like to let you know that I am a little bit of a "foodie," and I seem to have expensive taste (unfortunately for me). In the past 1-2 years, I had the opportunity to eat at several high-end restaurants in the US and throughout Europe as I tagged along in business trips. I... More

Having just little time to spend on Guaruja', we went to Ruffino which was named as the best. We find surprising the preparation of the fish plates! Very good and taste. The service very common nothing special just ok! But for common pocket be aware! It is costly .

We have a home in Guaruja, and on weekends take the opportunity to try different restaurants. On a warm Saturday evening, when the beach was still bustling with people, we visited Rufino's. What a disappointment! The waiters might wear gimmicky sailor's costumes, but our service, which was slow, especially after we had politely declined the cover, could at best be... More

Shrimp at hungarian style is perfect.. Others dishes are Good too. Price is very expensive, but worth it once in a while.

This is a glass corner restaurant with nice view of the beach. There is always a waiting line. Food is indeed very good. From the big shrimps Africana to baked fish. But the winner was the shrimp risotto which is unforgettable. The mussels vinaigrette as appetizers were also very good. All dishes in our table were good. Poor "expresso".

Expensive but with a great view. The waiters have a variety of fake sailor's uniforms which is very amusing and adds to the ambience. We immediately had a plate of cold vegetables, olives etc placed in front of us and thought that this was part of the cover - no it was 16 Reals each, not a great deal of... More

Speechless, fresh seafood in a very elegant restaurant, decorated with marine motifs, big glass windows facing the sea! Excellent white wine. A little bit expensive, worthy cost/benefit for a special occasion!

Yes, it is a place with a fantastic view, the menue is more than complete and the staff is friendly and very professional. But the "risoto com fruta de mar" was just a soup with normal rice and some sea-food. It was tasty, but shouldn't I expect more from one of the top-restaurants in Guaruja? So ... it is off-season... I highly recomend as the best Restaurant in Guaruja. Everything there is delicious but the "salada Juliana especia"l with lobster is excelent! I have been there many times since we have a beach house in Guaruja. A little noise but always good!

A nice restaurant, with a beautiful oceanview and exorbitant prices, as there is not a starry kitchen. The food is not remarcable, the shrimp risotto is good, but the grilled fish is very "common place". And the drinks (water) and coffee are also expensive. Maybe if you are able th share a plate, it will cost less.
