Overall a nice restaurant just adjacent to the Vitoria hotel in Campinas Brasil. Walked in with reservation on a Wednesday evening about 9PM and the restaurant was packed. We were a party of 8 and in about 10 minutes they were able to seat us. Overall food was good, but it was obvious they push the salmon Sushi and sashimi.... More

A very good Japanese restaurant. lively and with good food. service can be a little slow but that may be a little picky. Well worth a visit.

This is most places you go in Brazil: Drinks are charged on an individual basis. There is no one price for unlimited refills. I would go to this restaurant VERY HUNGRY because the charge for one person was 60 Reais, which is about 30 USD!

Been there looking for a special evening with my wife, what a deception. The service was terrible, table was not prepared, didn´t receive the hot towel to clean my hands, the waiters were careless and desoriented. I ordered a sparkling wine, it was not cold, actually not even close to cold, had to wait 20 minutes to drink it. The... More

One of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to out of Japan. Ingredients are of excellent quality, good service, cosy and modern place. Discrete lounge music, good place for business meals. Even with the all-you-can eat option, this restaurant is not cheap.

You can eat very good Japanese food here. But you pay for it. If what you want is good food and don't care so much for ambiance and service, there are much better options in Campinas. I personally prefer Matsu - a fixed price eat-as-much-as-you-want alternative.

I stopped by to have a look through the menu (staying in the Vitoria hotel) late one afternoon, trying to sort the dinner options....lots of unorthodox dishes, warm sushi for example, and many others. Chefs inspiration I guess, but nothing grabbed me. On my last night in the hotel the Italian place (Bellini) was closed so Japanese it was. Two... More

Great View - Service - Food. The restaurant is one of three outstanding hotel restaurants whats more in the same Hotel. Normal hotel restaurants are empty, pricey and of only acceptable quality. Kindai is not only a classic example of a hotel restaurant done right but is, by quite a long way, the very best Japanese restaurant in town.

Kindai is a japanese restaurant located in Hotel Vitoria. The food is excellent, the service is very good, the place is very pleasant, spacious and clear. There is a view to a park across the street, and the ample glass windows block the street noise. If somebody in your group does not like japanese food, they have other excellent options.
