I am an American currently living in Brazil, and of all the churrascarias that I have been to, Imperador is my favorite. The meat is delicious and there are lots of varieties to try. Our (my husband and my) favorite part of the meal is the fried polenta and the barbecued provolone cheese. They have mastered the art of cooking... More

For me this is the best restaurant in Caxias do Sul. The meat is great but they also do the best agnoline soup and polenta chips! It's our family sunday tradition for almost 30 years (for me, because my parents have been going there for almost 50 years I guess) and always the same excellent quality! Nothing can beat this... This churrascaria is not your traditional "ONLY" all you can eat meat. This specific place being from a italian colonized city also offers delicious capeletti soup as appetizer and also pasta and fried polenta as sides. The beef is outstanding, the owner brings the beef from Uruguay, Argentina and some respected local beef suppliers. This restaurant is open since the... More

The food is very good! The price is around the same, R$80 a couple... We didn't go anymore because of the service and atmosphere, it's so busy, to noisy... And they are a little bit rude... So we prefer to go somewhere else...

Try this traditional brazilian churrasco rodizio and you will never forget! I grew up visiting this place for lunch on Sundays. Every time I go back home it's a mandatory stop. Picanha is my favorite cut of meat. My husband loves cupin. Try the cheese on the skewer and the fried polenta. Yummy i'm hungry now! Highly reommended!

Good barbecue, but pay attention, the soup in the beggining is gorgeous, and maybe you will eat only the soup, lol.

This is the restaurant that is inside the Spa/Hotel do Vinho. The food is top quality and the wine list is comparable to any good wine list in 5 stars restaurants.
