The place is obnoxiously filled with cheap patriotic decor. I love my country but this place is over the top! We ordered burgers which were frozen like the fries. The waitress only visited 1 during our 1.5 meal! The clerk proceed to tell my mother to leave 20% tip, it certainly was not worth 20%. Will not visit or recommend... More

Good for breakfast. Saturday night "prime rib" dinner left a lot to be desired. They charged us for "loading up" our bake potatoes, but didn't tell us when we ordered. Very defensive when we questioned the amount.

I stopped in for dinner Tuesday night, at the recommendation of the desk clerks at the AlpineHaus Inn. After a day of exploring Yellowstone & Grand Tetons...I was ready for something more substantial than protein bars;) Yankee Doodle has a cute decorating theme with signs about rights to carry guns that made me realize I was definitely in down home... Driving through town and stopped for lunch. Service was very good with a friendly staff. Had the special (open faced prime rib sandwich) with sweet potato fries. Prime rib was good, fries were yummy. My husband had the pulled pork and he enjoyed it. We loved the "Right to Carry" sign by the front door. Wish California would think like... More

We happened upon this place on a Sunday and just missed breakfast but lunch was filled with many good basic diner choices. I don't remember what we had, but remember that we really enjoyed it. The abundance of red, white and blue made me want to salute every flag in the place but that would have meant putting down my... More

Stopped in for lunch. Chili came to the table quickly & was hot, but couldn't help but think it tasted as 'though it came from a can. Our waitress was very prompt & pleasant; all the Americana decor fun, but a bit overwhelming. We learned that both owners are vets, so we told our waitress to thank them for their... More

The mushroom Swiss hamburger with freedom fries is so good! Big portions and the burger is juicy and the fries are crispy.

Breakfast is pretty good (hard to screw up) but but everything else seems to be either frozen or out of a can.
