The best meal I had in Rio!

Not too packed, so I didn't need a reservation. Perfect place for a late-night semi-romantic dinner. The food is pretty amazing. The degustation menu I had was fairly priced at about R$150, and with two appetizers it was a perfect amount of food for me and my girlfriend. The wait staff was a notch... read more

It is a tiny place, at an unexpected place. But the food is really good, with reasonable prices, great drinks (strongly recommend the rubi caipirinha, made of rubi grapes) and most of the entrées are awesome. The service was a bit on the slow side, but still worth the visit! As Rio is not as rich in restaurants as Sao... More

This was our 3 or 4th time at Miam Miam. With all the options in Rio this is saying something. The food every time is excellent! Freshly prepared, interesting combinations. Definitely for foodies! The drinks are also imaginative and unusual, although you can of course have the standards. The wine list is good as long as you have a bottle.... More

It's a tiny place, almost hidden among other houses on Botafogo neighborhood. One of my friends passed by twice before realizing it was the restaurant. Many interesting options for main course, I had the "pupunha" spaghetti with shrimp, simply perfect! My friends ordered different things, all of them looked really good. Great atmosphere, good service, I'll definitely come back!

We have been lucky enough to visit Rio on several occasions and always make sure we pay our respect to Christo on Corcavados; take in the views from Sugar Loaf, enjoy some futebol and worship the sun on the amazing Praias. Good food and drink are never far away, from the street/beach vendors to the fantastic churrascos. However one restaurant... More

I love this place! Vintage decoration, has a incredible lounge where you can wait for a table - it's usually full, or even eat a bit. The Comfort food of chef Roberta Ciasca is incomparable! The plates are very well served for an individual and the drinks are all delicious, even the virgin ones! It's a MUST go!

My hotel was in Botafogo, this restaurant was nearby. The restaurant had English menus, which was a real help. I ordered a dish which had a pork and basmati rice, if you're having trouble choosing from a very colourful menu then I recommend this dish. But I will always remember a non-alcoholic drink called Leia, order it and you won't... More

Good food, eclectic menu and nice staff! Arsty environment with tropical drinks to entice the experience. I recommend it!

I am a regular at this place. I guess that says it all. Since it has opened it has attracted different crowds and nowadays I see a lot of foreign tourists, mostly the "cool youth" type. Lots of noisy european kids which, honestly, kills the mood of the place. That is why I always get a table on the outside... More

A beautiful and nicely executed deco to have a dinner. We asked for mignon with gnochi and ravioli with mushrooms and both were tastefull and generous portions. It is not a cheap restaurant but the exclusivity of having only 16 tables worth the price.
