If you are craving some arab / Lebanese style food give this restaurant a go at least once. Although not the best Lebanese food I have ever eaten (this would be Jasmins restaurant in Lakemba Sydney Australia :) Amir's version is not too shabby. I went here 3 times during my stay in Copacabana.

This was a breath of fresh air in rio. as a vegetarian, i struggled in rio to find a nutritious and tasty meal. I can't wait to return. I especially loved the babaganoush, and you must order the watermelon juice in the jug!

This was one of the first restaurants I went to in Rio de Janeiro and I'm still going back to this very day 6 years later, So its safe to say we like it. We go about once per month, always have the same thing which is the Lamb and the delicious salad they make, washed down with a cold... More

Fresh products, good cook, real Libanese family managing the restaurant and a nice terrace upstairs, what more could we ask for? I'm used to eat Libanese cuisine and enjoy it a lot, this place proved to be worthwhile. Just a block away from the beach, it is good to find a touristic address that doesn't serve another fried block of... More

We've been having a hard time trying to find halal food in Brazil but through trip advisor, we read that it is halal. Have to say the 1st night we went, we were disappointed as food served were cold and not appetizing. Located near the FIFA Fan fest, it was not surprising that the restaurant is always full and hence... More

Went here based on Trip Advisor and Lonely Planet. Waste of money, and if I could speak Portugese, I'd have told them I wasn't paying. Firstly the waiter made no attempt to be pleasant (even though we used our basic Portugese skills) and basic slapped menus on the table and disappeared to watch the soccer. We ordered bread and dips.... More

This is some of the best Persian food I have ever had. We ordered the hummus, kafta sticks, chicken, and shredded chicken with garlic pate. The chicken and kafta sticks were very tender and juicy and the garlic pate was delicious! We also had a salad which was refreshing since fresh veggies are not easy to come by in Rio.... More

The food is great, everything I have ever tried was delicious and the ambiance is nice too, very close to the beach and on a very cool spot in Copacabana. The down side: the food is very overpriced, the portions are not very big, so be prepared to spend some cash. Try to avoid it when it is busy, the... More

this place is at the bottom end of copacobana, and for a veged out traveller its a god send (literally - considering i just wonder past with friend and one of them found the halal cert on the wall). The food is good quality and fresh.
