We had a very good dinner. We did not know before how many amazing dishes you can make with Crêpes. You should expect some waiting time, but still perfectly fine for Rio standards. Some more small starters would be great to make the experience even better.

I went at branch Barra in front of the beach. The restaurant is romantic, simple and pleasant. The crepes are delicious and combine with cider. For dessert unforgettable Plougastel (pic)

We were recommended this restaurant by our tour guide but not being a fan of crepes, it didn't immediately grab our attention! We couldn't have been more wrong as the food was absolutely delicious and we were so glad that we didn't leave before sampling their menu....great food, well cooked and at a reasonable price.

Small bistrot which is worth every penny spent there. Can't decide which is the best galette off the many excellent ones on the menu. Benodet and Loctudy are amazing. And I love the simplicity of the sugar contreau dessert crepe. Very romantic spot for two.

This small bistrot, owned and run by a French chef, serves wonderful tasty buckwheat galletes. It's really worth a visit! But don' t forget to book in advance as you won't find a table unless you get there until 7pm the latest.

The crepes are absolutely incredible here, hands down the best I've ever had - healthier too as they are made using buckwheat. Cocktails, starters and desserts are also fab and the ambience is lovely and cosy - highly recommend!

Staying in Copacabana

Neighborhood Profile
Copacabana
The rowdy Copacabana is one of the most traditional and old areas from Rio de Janeiro. This neighbourhood is a blend of Brazilian soul - crowded, rowdy and traditional. This neighbourhood has a bit of everything: bars with music, pubs, street fairs, chaotic streets, and many shops. All these things and more live side-by-side. There are options for all price points and tastes. However, the most powerful draw in Copacabana is still the fantastic view of the coast and the incredible beaches.
