We had heard and read good things, and seen the queue outside the door, so booked a table to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The staff were attentive, there was a busy and lively atmosphere, and the menu and specials board were interesting making a choice very difficult. We settled on appetisers to share, garlic prawns, lemon... More

For those in a protein diet, it is hard to find options, but not here. The tuna with palm heart spaghetti made me remember the meaning of a good pasta. English is spoken fluently in the restaurant, and siting at the counter is fun and interesting. Reservations are required, as there is always a waiting list on weekends.

It was recomended by us by a local whom we know, it was very good, everything was perfect, calamary with pesto and ceviche for entrance and octopus and shrimp as main course all of them were exceptional, also creme brule. Ambience is very relaxed and service was expedite Highly recommended

First of all, I must say how impressed I am with the very expensive prices of everything related to food in Rio. You pay a very high price for average food in most of the places... Also, just to remember everyone that my reviews have the intention to warn other people ‎about poor experiences that I had in restaurants and... More

Went here on our last night in town and had a superb dinner. Restaurant décor is very modern - clean, understated/informal yet classy - and the staff (and loads of them) are super-professional. All the food was simply delicious - the main courses, the steak and especially the tuna with wasabi Palm Heart 'pasta' (that you will see so many... More

Advance bookings are recommended. We had ceviche with white fish for the starter and fried fish with foie gras and filet mingon with risotto. Interesting combination of ingredients. Reasonable bill. Nice atmosphere, although no open air seating for some reason. Also the tables are very close to each other.

we visited dias ferreira 3 times on our visit to Rio, it was the last night we were here, we had already been to ct boucherie and sushi leblon, this was probably our least favourite of the 3 but relative to the food we were generally served in Brazil it was very good. the menu was eclectic and all the... We visited Zuka in May, before the frenzy of the Soccer World Cup. Our hotel had made the reservation but on arrival we were told that no such phone call had been received. Kudos to Zuka, then, because instantly they cleared a corner, window table with ample space for the four of us. Each dish was carefully thought out and... More

Ate at Zuka on Tues 24th June based on some good reviews and glad we came. The starters were all very tasty and the mains we even better. I highly recommend the rack of lamb with passion fruit mash. I never thought those 2 ingredients would work together but it was excellent. Their chocolate brownie desert was also very good... More

Rio de Janeiro is crowded because of the soccer World Cup ... Walking around Leblon with my family, we stopped in front of Zuka, and found room only at the balcony ... What a luck! We talked with the Grill man, saw the cookers preparing all dishes, drank a nice french wine and had a nice time! I strongly recommend... More
