Thisbisnjustba typical neighborhood restaurant that serves meat and then all the traditional side dishes. We had a nice steak plate for 2. The meat was very good.

Didn,t eat just a few cold choppys (draught beer) had to stop here as this is where the girl from Ipanema was penned. Good atmosphere, food looked good but just eaten, excellent place to sit & watch the creatures of the night.

We couldn't fault this place we ate her three nights out of 8nights in Rio. We had beef on a skillet portions are huge... Have one between two. I had caiprinha and it was good . Busy good atmosphere .

Really fun restaurant with many interesting people and celebrity guests. Lovely food and nice service. Entertainment on the street. It was here that "The Girl from Ipanema" was born. Worth a visit.

We found this place by just walking by and we were lured in by lively, noisy atmosphere and crowded tables. We popped in and stayed. Cold beer and attentive service! Meats were overdone a bit but the sides were delicious! This dining experience was good,excellent for the service and atmosphere and the colorfulness of the experience.

There's nothing special about this place, except for the fact that it was where Tom Jobim and Vinicius de Moraes sat and watched the famous girl from Ipanema go by, inspiring the song of the same name.

I first visited this place back in 2005 and I remember it was very good, certainly touristy but nevertheless the food was very good. 8 years later and they have let it slip. The price is very reasonable, we order 2 dishes but we couldn't eat all of them the dishes are huges, is not super delicious, but also is not the worst, I mean is a normal food, the atmosphere is great, great caipirinhas! Fantastic service!
