Nice ambience, but that's all. Frontera offers a buffet which is supposed to be nice, but I found it to be extremely poor. Just regular food for a very high price (for what it is). There are several other buffet-style restaurants in Rio which I find to be much more balanced and cheaper than Frontera. I haven't tried the other... More

If you want a decent buffet, most locals would recommend Frontera, and it does exactly what it says on the tin, basically you pay according to how much your plate weighs once you've loaded it with food. The food itself is extremely varied (ranging from salad, to thai noodles, to pork stews) although some of it you can tell had... More

The quality of the meat is the same and just ask the barbeque-chef about what You want and if he don't have it on the grill, he will make it... More

Trendy modern upmarket lighting and decor. Fabulous Brazilian, European and Japanese buffet food - all you can eat - you pay by the weight of the plate. Probably now my favourite restaurant in Rio.
