It's great to get introduce to brazilian gastronomy through this restaurant. They really know what they are doing. I was there in thw World Cup period, and I felt I was in Rio grande o sul tasting the representative meats of that region. In addition, the buffet was great (specially the palmitos). It's a little expensive, but worth it

We went as a party after the World Cup final. The atmosphere was therefore already electric with the German, Brazilian, Argentinian (and us Brits) mix. The concept is good. A huge variety of sides for selection from salad to rice to sauces and chips. The waiters continually walk the floor with huge kebab meats of chicken, beef, pork and lamb... More

Had the privilege of dining at this picturesque restaurant during the World cup period. Amazing spread in the buffet and a combination of meats served on the table with the best wines. Although a wee bit expensive, I would suggest that one should try this restaurant at least once. A real treat awaits you here.

The meats are delicious, tender and juicy. The salad bar is pretty good, there is enough meat and salad, you will definitely leave stuffed. Try the caipirinha if coctails are your thing. Unfortunately i was there when Brasil lost 1-7 vs Germany.........

After a world cup match in Maracana, we took a taxi and rushed to the restaurant. We knew that we should arrive as early as possible. The good - No wait. We were seated as soon as we arrived. 7pm aprox. - Extremely friendly staff. They are well trained and ready to satisfy any demand. - Nice location. They have... More

Very busy when I went but staff handled it well. After a drink at the bar we were seated near the windows that give a panoramic view of the bay. If you get the choice a window seat is the better option but stay well clear of the glass doors out to the terrace (busy smoker traffic). Service was a... More

First of all, I see no real reason to complain about the food: the meat was delicious and well-cooked. In my opinion, it was a bit salty, but I don't like salt that much anyways. So, it is definitely worth trying. I do not comment on the sides, since Fogo is all about the meat. However, the service was not... More
