This restaurant caught my attention with its decoration with baroque angels and wall paintings. The food is also good and well served. The tables in front closed the package for a great atmosphere.

Located on the touristic and vibrant Rua do Lavradio, Santo Scenarium shares room with several other restaurants. The place itself has an interesting atmosphere combining its antique decor to live music performances, such as a full jazz orchestra. We were in a group of 4 friends and stick with the appetizers, which was a good choice. The food was great... More

We were treated to a rude way. Food is very expensive and the food is not so good. The owner is not educated enough to work with clients and serve food. keep an eye on your bill, the restaurant usually charge more things without being consumed. Always check how many beers you drank. i Never will come back in this... More

The setting,in Rua do Lavradio,is very charming and nice - a small closed paved road with small painted houses and the typical antique stores, with many bars and restaurants with their small wooden chairs and table, music coming from the insides of every one of them and, just to stay there in serenity,an enormous bouncer that prevent anyone from disturbing... I came here after reading the recommedations in TripAdvisor. Actually, it was quite disappointing. I hope it was just a bad day. We waited for our dishes more than 30 minutes. When it came at last, we got the first dish (carpaccio) with the main course, although we asked explicitly to get it first. The food was quite cold and... More

We happen to walk pass this place and decided to have lunch there. Food was very good and the service was good too. Should be a good place for dinner too.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Santo Scenarium. The restaurant has amazing decor and we made a trip through the entire place to see all of it; and the dinner we had, off the snack menu - was excellent - the manager, Dayvid Bastos, was very helpful to us and advised us to share dishes since they are large -... People confused it with the samba club next door. This is a restaurant with an awful food. All the dishes we had were not eatable. If you want to go to the samba club eat first in another place, because on this area you'll find only tourist traps.

Patio with both sun and shade. Great for people viewing during the weekend open-air market. Menu of Chef specials seemed a bit pricey and remainder of menu seemed identical to other restaurants along this street. The Xingu Black Beer on draught was a nice find.
