Got lazy and wanted to eat in so we ordered a galeto (small rotisserie roasted chicken; a Rio specialty), farofa and a salad. The salad was good, the farofa was excellent, but the gale to was only OK. Maybe it would have been better warmer and in house. It's good, don't get me wrong, but we are galeto enthusiasts...

Despite of it's good location this restaurant is far to correspond it's neighbourhood. The price is expensive for the sort of food they serve. At the end our bill were even overcharged in R$40,00 as we checked our bill and they add things we have not asked.

We were very hungry and my husband said, we try the first restaurant who appears 'cause we are in Ipanema :) By the same reason I think people get afraid to try the good ones & pay a lot. We paid too much for war food. I asked for some pastels and one of the specials of the day. Disaster... More

This is a good local, small and simple restaurant... it's great for sharing with friends... try the classic brazilian grilled meat "picanha", but don't expect the best of your life... the concept is like going to your local restaurant around the corner to chat with friends at night and have a tasty picanha with beer

Service is good but quality of food is average. Lots of much better options nearby in Ipanema, not worth it

We were 3 of us and we ordered Margherita Pizza.. Obviously we were not expecting to eat a Neapolitan pizza.. we ate pizza all over the world and we are currently living in Uk so we know about non Italian pizzas.. Well this pizza was the worst ever eaten! The dough was more like pastry, the mozzarella was mixed with... More

Im sorry but the quality of the food here is just heinous. Yes you get extremely generous portions and the service is fine and the price good but idont want to eat crap. Seriously my gf and i ordered seperate dishes, ate half then asked for the rest to go only to throw the rest away.

A fantastic atmosphere, great food, good prices, best wait staff in town. If we're in town for 2 weeks, we'll eat here 5 times. Try the Churrasco (Picanha steak dinner) for two at table side, or their ample traditional Brazilian fare. The pizza is also very good. My wife and I love to eat here at midnight during the week.... Itahy is a honest place. They offer a good food for a normal price. If you're local and want to save money this is a good choice, I wouldn't go there as a tourist you definitely have better options

This is a great restaurant that provides a lot of value for your Reals. Order the BBQ and you get very large portions of meat (I prefer the picanha) and they bring about 1 kilo of meat to your table. The fried fish nuggets, aren't nuggets, but more like fish fingers are so tasty and light and in such a... More
