This is one of the best restaurants in Rio with fantastic food, great service, a quirky design ethic, an open kitchen and views thrown in too. You can sit inside or outside. Our bill came to just over R$400 for 2 mains, one dessert, a bottle of wine and some bottled water. Therefore don´t go there if you´re on a... More

Very nice restaurant, from the setting to the food. Very creative regarding the use of brazilian ingredients and the cairinhas. Really wonderful. Worth trying.

It is a nice experience to be out of the mainstream scene. The restaurant has great atmosphere and the view is among the best in the city. The food is nothing to complain but nothing to remember.

We were recommended this restaurant by our concierge. The place reminded us a bit of a treehouse with various different areas largely built of wood and some thatching. It does have a good view and the staff are welcoming. The menu does have typical Brazilian dishes and we ordered according to the waiters recommendation. We were disappointed with the quality... We ate here at the recommendation of our driver, a native of the Santa Teresa neighborhood. We were there for lunch on a very hot day. The view and the restaurant were delightful. We had appetizers and the dessert since it Wesson hot. We would love to go avail in the evening to view the city at night. Do not... More

The fun of this restaurant is that it is arranged on several levels. You take an elevator down from the street entrance. You can sit outside or in, and the menu is Brazilian. My husband had a great steak here, while I had a wonderful salad. I should mention the breads and couvert were excellent also. Everyone mentions the view,... More

This is a very unique restaurant, from the location and ambiance to the menu. While it's a little challenging to get there, it was well worth the trip once we arrived. I would suggest a cab and not driving yourself since the streets are very narrow (room for a single car, but with two way traffic, also no signs to guide... More

Beautiful decor, gorgeous scenery, fantastic view, and the best brazilian food in Rio. Now they have a lift that helps you go down the steep steps to reach this paradise... A big success for tourists and locals. The only problem is that it is always full ! Sunset at Aprazivel is an experience you will never forget !!
