First, the ambiance here was wonderful. We really enjoyed the live music and staff. Hate to say anything negative, but how they managed to mess up our pasta is beyond belief. Our gnocchi was way overcooked and the orecchini were way undercooked - nearly crispy. The scallopini was ok, but just ok. Good wine and great service. But it's hard... More

On the way back to the B&B, I stopped by this restaurant/bar just to try a Caipirinha. To my surprise, the drink was not only fabulous, but the bruschetta was simply fabulous. More important, the entertainment was a solo singer/guitarist, Moreira Junior. Just to be clear, I only had a drink and appetizer, but they were both very good. The... More

Really nice Italian. We sat in the courtyard which was very pleasant. Food was extremely fresh and the waiting staff were friendly and obliging.

This restaurant is a good place for a pizza / pasta if you do not want to try the more traditional places in Paraty. We visited here on our first night when we had jet leg and just wanted an easy meal. It was perfect for that.

Sadly, the only regret of our trip was going to this restaurant. Atmosphere was nice, but the pizza was not good. There are a lot of other places to choose from.

Very rarely does it happen that a restaurant with good reviews disappoints so thoroughly but this one is simply a joke. I had a lunch there and ordered grilled octopus and seafood pizza. Both dishes seemed a safe choice as the restaurant is said to specialise in seafood and pizza. What I received was simply unbelievable. The octopus chewy and... More

A very pleasant garden restaurant just off the main square in lovely old Paraty. Apparently Prince Harry ate here when he visited the town. Huge portions - we should have shared one pizza. :Lovely base, authentic 'crispness' but too heavy on the cheese - we spent a long time spotting the caper and anchovy!. Pleasant staff though.

Had dinner with my wife in the garden restaurant that features live entertainment as well. The meal of ravioli ricota was quite delicious, the service of "Carlete" was superb, - very attentive, and the singer who performed was absolutely high-level. Truly, he is a great performer. So, these add up to why this place was full. Punto Divino helped make... More

Very nice restaurant with a nice patio. They also let you pick a table and set it up on the street in front of the restaurant.. which is what you want to do! The beautiful old stone streets of Paraty are perfect for a romantic dinner. Very good Italian dishes, some with a local twist. Very recommendable! Sadly when we... More
