Romantic with a great food selection

We visited La Luna twice in the past 3 days. We could have gone to the centro histórico, but the view of the ocean, candlelights, and perfectly cooked food from chef Francesco has any other restaurant beat by a mile. It's a must stop in Paraty.

Beautiful food. Reasonable prices. Great staff. Do not miss it if you take a trip to Paraty! In particular I would recommend the fish - the Caicara. Also try a passion fruit Caprihina to wash it down!

Totally recommend this place: it is simply beautiful, right on the Jabaquara Beach, with very nice owner and staff that will do anything to see you pleased... But most important : FOOD is amazing ! Maybe the best dinner in 14 days in Brasil !

Good food and service great beachfront ambiance. Nice place to have a relaxing dinner. Best option on Jabaquara beach. They should think about opening for lunch.

Great seafood and meat! The three of us had the bread + extras and the seafood platter for starter, great portion, filled us up so that we only ordered two mains - picanha and chorizo. The wine is also a good hit here. Friendly staff and right on the beach!

This is a lovely restaurant on the beach. The staff were good and spoke good English, but the standout was the steaks. Well cooked and generous portions... Go on your last night otherwise you might not want to try anywhere else!

The food was amazing, we had the seafood platter and it was by far best on our trip. It is right on the beach with candle light. A few of the waiter spoke English and there is English on the menu (not very common). We had a great experience at this awesome romantic beach restaurant.

Found this place close to our B&B and my wife and I agree that this was the BEST food we ate during our trip. Portions were huge, taste was awesome and the romantic beach-side ambiance was a nice way to finish off a long day of exploring the historic center/snorkeling on our boat tour.

Coudn't be a better choice if you want to be in a cosy place enjoying the sound of the sea and of course eating a very gorgeous food prepared by a international chef! Don't hesitate to try the refreshing capirinhas made with local fruits! It's not cheap but it's worth it!!!
