Was disappointed with our visit to Castallet but I think this may have been down to bad timing on our part. We hadn't booked and we arrived just after a large group had also just made an unplanned visit. The interior of the restaurant was lovely but it's very small and quickly became cramped after everyone moved inside when it... More

The experience at Le Castellet is kind of curious. The restaurant is opened only after 17:30, when the fresh bread, made in accordance with the french tradition (boulangerie artisanal) is ready. The decoration is perfect to create an ambience of a french bistro... The service was very carefull, and our waiter had good knowledge about the menu and the wine... More

Great little restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and lovely staff. First you get to try the home made bread and oils then you choose your food from the boards on the wall. I had brie crepes and my husband had the risotto. Both were gorgeous. We then had the creme brulee which was divine! With complimentary bread and cointreau this... More

Visited with my wife and had a fantastic meal! The owner and chef provided fantastic service explaining the menu in Portuguese / French. Food was delicious. House made Artisan breads with infused olive oils was a great start. Crepes were amazing!

Located near the harbour in a quiet part of town. Brilliant food - try the Marseille crepe. 1 was enough for 2 people. Romantic vibe, my wife and I both felt this was without a doubt a truly unique experience!

You have to go to this restaurant if you are in Paraty. Great food, beautiful decoration, pleasant staff. And not so expensive. Try the home made toscan breads and oil.

This place and its crepes is just sick. Never had such a gorgeous crepe ever. It is not only the taste, but also the specific style. The setting is pretty cool - romantic and lovely. The interior, the atmosphere, the music. You should take your time when going to this restraint tho. Don't expect it to be quick. We had... More

I had a great experience in this restaurant the attention to detail and off course the food. The atmosphere is romantic and relaxing. To end up nicely he brings to you some homemade liquor with grapes infused in a shot glass, very nice and tasty! Try it
