Best restaurant I visited in Foz do Iguacu

This is by far the best restaurant we visited during our stay in Foz do Iguacu. Excellent meet, good wine selection and good service. Definitely much better then any other highly ranked restaurant on tripadvisor in Foz do Iguacu

This is a somewhat advanced type of "pay by weight" (the food on your plate) restaurant which is typical for Brasil, but the price is disproportionally high compared to other similar. It would have been more proper for this otherwise quite sophisticated restaurant to charge a fixed amount for the buffet.

Very good, like a buffet where you can take any kind of food you like but pay by weight (price for kilos). You can find many salads, rice, beans, pasta, soups, steak, ribs, cheese, etc. Drinks are not included and pay them later.

I had one of the best steak here. The atmosphere is ok and very polite staff. You may have best experience of meat in brazil and this restaurant is on of the best.

I went as part of a group. The menu was fixed with a choice of entre. The food except for the main course was excellent. Well prepared and served. Unfortunately, the meat that was served was a large chunk of meat put on a plate. It had the texture and appearance that it it had been chemically tenderized. It also... More

Brazilian food from the marvelous steak to the "moquecas" from the north of the country. Good location and huge saloon with enough waiters to help you in your orders and needs. Located at the Triple Border (Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina) help you to have an international experience as well with people that use to frequent it.

We are attending a conference in Foz, and went to Chef Lopes with a group of people. Efficient and complimentary pick up service from hotel. Located in the town centre. Clean and modern atmosphere. Very helpful waiter and explain to us re: their sauces for the steak. Reasonably priced winelist. It was the best sirloin steak so far in Brazil... More

The food is very good. Not a fancy restaurant, but it is very comfortable. The food is sold by weight.

We went there since we were told it was one of the best restaurants in town. It is not. Food was standard, not much tasty. The maittre suggested a meat cut and promoted it as the best in the region; for brazilian style it was substandard. Very limited wine list. Maybe it would be adequate for a standard business meal.

Ate here on our last night based on reviews and high rating. As others have said it's a big place and was only a few tables taken from 8-10pm. Steak was nice but nothing special - had sirloin with mushrooms and it wasn't as tender as I expected, a little tough and stringy in places, like different cuts all in... More
