Stopped for a loaf of bread here and found out they had so much more. Lunch is served with numerous types of sandwiches made with their wonderful bakery. Their wonder loaf is an Italian bread very crusty on the outside soft and chewy on the inside. Also had a lemon bar it was nice and tart with a... read more

This was a quick stop on the way to the ice caves. Got a roll and juice. Then went across the street for hot chocolate. Overall the quality was good and the prices reasonable. Clearly better than getting snacks at the grocery store.

My husband and I were doing a walking tour of the murals in downtown Ashland, and we noticed a cute little bakery so we stopped in. So glad we did! They have an amazing assortment of rich, beautiful desserts and baked goods. We sat on a little bench on the sidewalk outside the store and enjoyed our selections. They do... More

We stopped in to pick up some bread and decided to have a coffee and pastry, Only a couple of tables, but nice to sit and watch the busy bakers filling the many orders for the high demand of baked goods. You don't find bakeries like this in most small towns. A real asset and gem for Ashland!

I still can't believe it. The bagels here are amazing. I don't mean amazing for the area... I mean AMAZING! I'm originally from a big city, and hold my bagel (and bread and bakery) standards VERY high. I had truthfully been on the hunt for a REAL bagel, and popped into Ashland Baking Company on Sunday because Ive been buying... More

I know, it sounds like hyperbole. Picked up a cinnamon roll the first time I was in Ashland. My wife and I shared it on the drive back to MN and thought it was the best Cinnamon roll we had ever eaten (I am 52 years old and used to live in NYC. My wife is a pretty good baker... More
