Menu and website are for a Florida restaurant. We watched 3 couples come in and leave after looking at menu. Food was OK. Only 1 person as bartender and waitress.

We decided to give this little place a try after reading very good reviews. Everything was just as we thought. We both had the Whitefish sandwich - the server's suggestion. She recommended it because it was fresh, she said. Right she was. Delicious. Interesting collection of teapots. The decor was darkish and the jazz background music was appropriate and made... More

Had the whitefish sandwich for lunch and the dessert of the day...both excellent. For dinner, on the same day, I had the gnocchi with sausage...excellent. A little on the pricey side but I think you get what you pay for.

The food tasted fine, but not that impressive and we felt like it was kind of expensive for what we got. Maybe Ashland is just an expensive town? Not a lot of gluten free options. I wouldn't rave about it, but it wasn't bad.

Had the pleasure of lunch today. The fish chowder with Texas toast was excellent. I was surprised that the place was not busy. Cleanliness was first rate. I will be back!

We wanted to go to to the platter, which was rated number one, but they were closed. Monday night. So we tried the 2nd street Bistro. Fabulous meal! My wife had a pork tenderloin. Uniquely seasoned, and great! I had their evening special herb encrusted chicken. Orgasmic! Loved the food!

I have been hearing about this places for some time, I went with my husband and another couple,Its was out of this world!, no words can express how good our meals were, we'll be going back. Very good pull pork sandwich, spiced just right, desert was super. Have eaten there before and service is always attentive without pushy. Love that they use local foods when available.

My wife and I celebrated valentines day on Wednesday and had a delicious, quiet dinner. The pork brisket was outstanding and they have a nice selection of bottled beer. Service was good too.
