Best meal we had in Brazil

We had our best meal of our two week trip at this place, can't recommend highly enough. The pizzas and desserts were exceptional. The beer selection was also the best of our trip - I enjoyed the Belo Horizonte craft beers!

We went to o passo for lunch. The place is very nice, a colonial building with internal gardens and lots of light. The wine list is good, prices are also ok and the food is really, really good. I had poivre steak and pasta and hubby had risotto and both were well served and tasty. The only con, if we... More

The pizza is excellent, the wine was very fairly priced and of excellent quality, and the steak was divine. We loved the food, the service, the ambiance..everything. Highly recommended. NB: I try to avoid Pizza restaurants in general, but this one was exceptional.

The restaurant is truly eclectic for its furnishings, has very good music and of course nicely prepared food. The only downside is that waiters speak only portuguese which makes ordering difficult (I ordered my steak to be rare and got it medium).

Pizza, caipirinhas, and a lovely view.... What's not to like!! We went three times in four days. It gets pretty busy so go early and get a good seat out on the balcony.

We weren't planning to eat pizza while visiting brazil but we found this place through a local friend. We were there during a all you can eat pizza night. Different variety of pizzas are constantly served and you choose to take a slice or not. Later comes the desert pizzas. Great cocktails as well and the atmosphere of the restaurant... More

We in a pleasant went there for a light lunch and sat on the open terrace with a view over the historical town. Service was quick and very good. Their pizzas are really great, There are many different dining-areas all decorated in a different style and apparently their food is well-known.Good experience in a pleasant atmosphere.

We picked this place based on my uncle's recommendation and it turned out to be a good choice. The restaurant is divided into different sections with different style of deco. Waiters can't really speak any English but have tried their best to provide excellent service. The salad we ordered was very fresh and creative. The fish was unique as well.... More
