Coco Bambu is a very popular local fish restaurant and there were many groups celebrating special occasions when we were there. We ate around 7, and by the time we left, the bar was overflowing with people waiting for tables. We shared several appetizers and that built our meal - it's a good opportunity to sample various Brazilian specialties.

The speciality here are seafood dishes - specially shrimp, cooked in coconut milk and palm oil (dendê). For weekends, make a reservation!

We went for lunch between meetings and we really enjoyed the food. This is not an ideal place to have a quiet lunch or meeting lunch, as it is way too noisy, but again the food is great. Warning for those with dietary restrictions especially for those who don't eat seafood there will be limited options.

One of the best restaurants I've been to. The food is to die for and it comes in tons. We were four and just one of the dishes was enough for us. And, in the end, we even took leftovers home. The staff is friendly and normally fast. Perfect familiar atmosphere. But you need to book, since it's always full.

The place is full on the weekends and if you dont have a reservation try to arrive before 1pm, otherwise the waiting time is more than a hour. The place is very good and the food is amazing (sea food mainly) the service, like every where in Brasilia needs to improve.

Coco Bambu is a really good choice for a family or friends gathering, the food size is well served and their specialty, shrimp dishes are very nice and tasty. The restaurant has ample space and you can chose to eat inside or outside, in their varanda with a lake view. But beware that it is always in high demand, so... More

This is the kind of restaurant to go with at least two people. Portions are big and there's no real option for a solo person. The mixed drinks are great, and the seafood is also good.

The portions are BIG so expect to share. The shrimp imperial and most of the seafood specialties are enough for three to four people. Food is great but very rich. Don't plan on a late night dancing after eating here. The costs are misleading since most people share meals.

One of the best meals of the restaurant is "camarão cremoso". You can have it for two or maybe three peoples.

It's a great restaurant to go with family on a sunday afternoon and spend some time enjoying great seafood dishes (fish, shrimps, etc), and drinking a cold drafbeer.
