Ok, you go to a restaurant mainly for the food. And the food at Aquavit is simply the best one in Brasilia. Not only the taste, but the colours, the smell, the combination of ingredients. Ok, the restaurant is excellent, i really agree with that. But i never would take a tourist to there...

Inventive culinary. The chef combines Brazilian ingredients with modern technics. The dishes are as beautiful as delicious. The ambient is wonderful and also has an incredible view from Paranoa’s Lake and the city. It’s far from city center and also expensive, but believe, it’s really worth.
