We have been to Machine Shed in the past for their Sunday Brunch, but I have to say this is the BEST Sunday Brunch that Machine Shed has put on in a long time! The Hot Food was HOT and the COLD food was COLD. I had made reservations for 5 of us @ 10:30am. We walked in right at... More

If you're looking for basic, home cooking in a family style atmosphere, give this restaurant a try. Reasonable prices and young, inexperienced staff (in overalls) won't surprise or delight you, but you'll probably be able to top off your tank. Smoked turkey reuben is a solid choice. Area hotels may have discount coupons available.

I went to the machine shed early November for a Sunday evening lunch. The waitress, Wanda, was positive and very nice. The restaurant was very kid-friendly too, they had small chess/checker boards and pieces. I had the potato soup, which was delicious and legendary. I also had a BLTB (Bacon Lettuce Tomato Bacon!) After eating, I went to the shop... More

Only 6 of these restaurants in the mid west make it a fantastic blend of a consistent restaurant with a local touch. Over 80% of the dishes are made locally from scratch which is just icing on the cake. The portions are large so plan accordingly. Appetizers are quite unique with Fried Liver at the top of the "unusual sounding... More

Machine Shed is known for their breakfasts and have a huge menu with lots of variety. You definitely won't go hungry! Service has always been great with very little to no wait. They have a cute gift shop you can spend time in if there is a wait.

We stopped in on a Sunday morning for the breakfast brunch and the food was fantastic, you will not leave hungry that's for sure. Great place to visit. Will definitely go back.

Just 4 dry, shoe-leather pork tips that must have cooked for hours with overcooked veggies arrived 40 minutes after I placed my order. No excuse for a simple menu, simple recipes, catering to fast turn. I was told they could get a salad out quickly. 15 minutes later when lettuce in a bowl arrived, all the others in my party... More

Went to the Machine Shed after the Packer game to try it for the first time. Originally went because we are thinking of using them for catering for our wedding. After the visit, I will definitely be using them for my wedding because the food was top notch. Home cooking, best food I have had in a while. The service... More

The food was good and priced fairly. There is a nice gift shop on site also. I liked the 1900's farm motif they use to decorate. The food took about 50 minutes to arrive, far to long. Everybody has an off day so we will try it again when back in this area.

Excellent on all accounts. Family style fixins (cottage cheese, coleslaw, rolls etc. ) served in addition to the huge portions of the regular meal. Everything tasted great and no one left disappointed.
