My wife and I have frequented and been mug club members since the day the Stone Cellar opened. This is great place to go for a quick bite to eat, or a quality dining experience with daily specials to include a organic salad bar for lunch. My daughter had her wedding rehearsal dinner here as well, and it have to... More

My coworkers and I just had a get together tonight at the Stone cellar. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich which was good. The Margarita pizza crust was hard which made it difficult to eat but the taste wasn't bad. The chicken ranch pizza was good. Everybody did enjoy the microbrewed beers. The bar area was really busy so... More

Great food, great staff, great outdoor seating for summer dining. Oh, and great beer, of course! Cool old building, full of history....and maybe a ghost? Love this place.

I hadn't been here in quite a while, so we chose this place for a family gathering. The service for our large group was amazing! The food was incredible. Local, organic and a pretty good variety. The beer is, of course, very good. I highly, highly recommend trying the root beer as well. I didn't know root beer could be... More

We don't eat out often (it's not very relaxing to do so with three small children), but when we do Stone Cellar is our first choice. Locally sourced food and great beer! The beer garden is fun in the summer and the brunch spread for holiday meals is absolutely fabulous.

The food here is pretty good too. Atmosphere is great with below ground rooms, it has a speakeasy feel to it. Also has an outdoor patio for the 1 or 2 days a year its warm enough to eat outside!!

We don't live in Appleton but try to visit this brewpub a couple times a year.....love the beer, root-beer, food and atmosphere. It's always top notch. Yesterday we hosted a 50th birthday party and again we were extremely pleased. We knew the beer and food would be great but it was the staff that really made our party a huge... More

This place had a great atmosphere! The building itself was amazing and the decor was simple, yet attractive. The menu offered quite a variety and focused on local and organic food. It was a great place even for the child in our group. I also thought it would be a nice place for a romantic dinner or just meeting with... More

Good beer and food, what more could you want. The menu is varied with local products. There is also a healthy eating emphasis. I especially like some of the different offerings like Bison. The atmosphere is also unique.

The place itself is dark and has stone walls. Good beer and the food is usually pretty good as it is organic and local meats & ingredients. Great outdoor seating in the summer. Not too kid friendly - better for adults only.
