Great experience

Located on the outskirts of Appleton down by the airport, this is a great little restaurant. This place is owned by the same guy that owns a small burger joint just down the road. Very elegant decor and peaceful atmosphere. Ordered the bone out T-Bone and it was a very good steak, not the best I... read more

I couldn't possible sit here and type all the disgusting and scummy business practices that go on in any of his restaurant without losing my mind. It's honestly not worth his inhumanity to eat there. Yes, I admit the food is good, but none of us workers wanted to be there. He skimmed off the tips so that bussers got... More

Walked in door and they told us we could not sit until we chose the pub or Italian option. So we had to stand and decide before we could even sit! Sat and my husband's dinner came without mine. Mine did not come until 20 minutes later because they gave my good to someone else. They then totally over compensated... More

I went to buy a gift card and the employees couldn't find any. They finally called the manager. He said that they were locked up in his office and there was no way to get them until later in the day.

Advertising Induced people to visit Wild Truffle and receive a certificate for Parma. once you try to redeem at Parma, the owner tells patrons when that they don't understand the offer. Radio ad says eat here and receive a certificate for Parma. no conditions or qualifiers. we saw 2 couples unsuccessfully trying to redeem certificates. we left the certificate and... More

We had dinner at Parma on 3/20/2015 to use a coupon from the Wild Truffle. They had a promotion to help the opening of their new restaurant. They do not accept the coupons on the weekends.

Although I have liked the food from the owners restaurants, I feel he and his staff lack the professional service of a high caliber restaurant and the food quality is always dropping. I made a reservation for a very important business meeting, only to discover the restaurant (Parma) still was not open. I never received a call informing me that... More

While we enjoyed the food at Wild Truffle we stopped going because of the service and management issues. Owner closed this restaurant and is opening a new one in Appleton called Parma. It is now open (March 2015).

First visit I let this man know i was unappreciative of how he treated my daughter so rudely. I was told he is the owner...get out...never come back. I was threatened to have police called on me for disturbing the peace. All this over me advising him I did not appreciate how he treated my daughter. Marc was arrogant and... More

By the time this review is published, Wild Truffle will no longer exist (in its present form). The good news is that this Italian-influenced farm-to-fork restaurant is just evolving. They are moving to a new location and rebranding as Parma. I visited with a co-worker during our most recent trip to Appleton. At the recommendation of our local business associates,... More
