Best pizza in barra

This place is tucked away on a small street in barra (blink and you'll miss it) but inside is a beautiful restaurant with preserved architectural features that are already worth the trip. The pizza is exceptional - baked in real wood ovens with tons of options for toppings. As is usual in... read more

The restaurant with great interior design serves the best pizzas in Salvador. As a starter I recommend one of the salads to share. And the pizzas come with two toppings on each side - so it is a great opportunity to share and you can always order more!

If you're looking for a good pizza, not a cheap Pizza Hut kind of stuff, this is the place to go. The place offers unique menu with very different combinations. They definitely take pride in their cooking, service and customer satisfaction. Very friendly staff. Location couldn't be better. Close to the light house. A must try when in Salvador.

My wife and I ate here tonight. The pizza is pretty tasty and despite this we had a terrible meal. The service in this restaurant is dreadful. We have been in South America for 3 months and this place is probably the most inefficient establishment we have visited. I counted 6 in the kitchen and 5 waiters. Despite this nobody... More

Despite being a little bit pricey, the ambience is great and so is the pizza, for those who prefer a thin crust!

The setting for this pizzeria is amazing, almost has medieval feel to it with high ceilings and great lighting. The pizzas were very tasty and could have charged more (despite not being the cheapest pizzeria around) as the pizzas were huge and didn't skimp on the topping. Great & friendly service. It's a little hidden on a side street but... More

the best pizza's in town and the chefs salad is to die for. The restaurant is rustic and the staff well trained.

We went last night and had a really great meal. The margherita pizza was excellent and medium was plenty for two of us (6 slices). The place was packed non stop throughout the night which I was surprised about for a Sunday. They also had a full wine list in addition to many different non-alcoholic beverages. I highly recommend the... More

The service is the worst I have seen in Brazil. Waiters chatted to each other and on mobile phones while guests waited. Food was slow, cold and tasteless. The prices are high, certainly for poor quality food. Avoid!

We came once on a quiet weeknight and wondered why it wasn't more crowded. Our next visit was on a weekend and we weren't wondering anymore. It was packed. And deservedly so. The space is cavernous, the pizzas are fresh, and the service is attentive. If we'd stayed longer we'd have been back again. Okay, it's not Braz, but it's... More
