The food is really good, I loved the Baiana salad with prawns and mango! We had dinner twice at this place. The first night the service was extremely poor, but the second evening was great.

This bar is run by an English guy who also has some hostels in the area. There were 4 of us and we all tried different things off the menu, everything was tasty, well presented and reasonably priced. Service is very good and he is also able to give you tips on things to do in the area. Nice seating... More

The staff, the location and most of all the food was indulgent but absolutely affordable. Everything is made on-premise, down to the ketchup! Always felt safe, warm and welcome. The burger is divine and more than a mouthful for the ravenous traveler! Homemade buns and perfectly grilled meat. A perfect stop for a hamburger hungry belly. Try the guacamole as... More

Great food, nicely presented, inexpensive...nice ambience, outdoor seating in small alley.. Great Moqueca... My only complaint is " No Moqueca de Ostra on the menu" .It's my most favorite of all type of Moqueca...May I make a special request for my next visit, please Paulo??

I absolutely loved the food! It's fresh, tasty and the portions are huge! Moreover the owner Paulo will actually advice you on the cheapest and affordable options (amazing han?), and if you stay in Galeria 13 you get an extra discount. The fresh juice is also something I'd recommend. I miss your food already!

Nice place to hang out and have food and drinks. Good kiwi caipirinha! Try one of Bahia typical dishes.

We wanted a traditional mocequa and read the reviews on tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. The dish, which is traditional in Salvador, was amazing. The flavors, the consistency (thick), and the freshness of the ingredients were bar none. The owner who is English was around and talked to us, and the waitress was very nice. We also saw the chef... Service normal not bad not good, food correct compared to other places in salvador, cocktails are good. Not very expensive 25 € / 2 people for 2 cocktails and some tapas. Doesn't worths the good notation they have in the lonely planet.

Well we went three times and each time we went out thinking ... Mmmh so-so. -Prices are high (25+) -Quality is average (tasteless, not creative at all, a bit like if you go eating to a friend's place and he never cooked before) -Atmosphere average+ -Choice very limited (all attractive dishes on the menu were not available because the chef...
