Good food. I got the seafood moqueca. Large and with flavor. My son got the fried shrimp and fries. Large portion and well-prepared. The acoustic guitar was excellent and pleasant. My son is a guitar player and was impressed. The $3 tip included in the price (without asking us) was more than worth it. We actually ate there twice. The... More

I had a lovely and delicious meal here. The moqueca with shrimp was so flavorful. Very pleasant dining experience.

This is pretty good, generic food of the city and, particularly, the historic area. If you find the menu, presentation or quality at all different from Odoya, about 100 feet away, I'd be surprised. What these restaurants do is, apparantly, prepare a basic stew sauce and add fish or shellfish (probably frozen) as ordered, heat it up and serve. It's... More

Fairly busy but all conversation drowned out by a guitar player/singer who was awful. Standard tourist trap menu and overpriced.Staff OK. Food was OK but just standard stuff, not worth the eye watering prices. There are better places to eat in this area!

Upon arriving, the staff automatically gave us an English menu. We were worried that since that meant they clearly catered to tourists that the food might not be as authentic as what I have become acustomed to in Salvador. However, we did not find that to be the case. The moqueca was absolutely incredible. It might be one of the... More

Visited the place twice, once for lunch which was really quite an experience: awesome food, great caipirinhas and live music. The lady that was singing made it really special. I came back late evening with a big group of friends. They where all really happy with the food and drinks, pleasing 10 people from different countries, all seamen and seasoned... More

My wife and I had a very nice dinner at this restaurant. They had a guitarist playing romantic music so it was a very nice setting. The restaurant is small and cozy. The food was excellent and the service was very good. You can get similar type food less expensive but this location is located in the heart of the... More

The restaurant is situated on the middle of Pelourinho. We have had dinner here twice and the food has been well served and very well tasting. The service is fine and so is the price. It is possible to sit either in or outside. The only bad thing inside is the lighting - it is very white and not cosy... More
