Typical Amazon Food

It's a good restaurant to try some of the amazon tradicional dishs. Both fish and meat. It's not that expensive and the service is good.

A local took me to this restaurant and the atmosphere was unique and very Brazil. Food was excellent and I highly recommend the piranha fish soup!

I have been to Manaus on business 6 times over the last 10 years and have always been disappointed in the restaurants. I discovered Choupana on this trip and it was fantastic. Located more in the business area of the city it offers great meals and very reasonable prices with outstanding service. For 4 people we paid for dinner US$60... More

The food in Manaus is not great and this place follows that trend. It has a great atmosphere and lovely staff, but the food is not great. However, we may have ordered poorly.. Starters/snacks were great, especially the garlic prawns and fish balls. The main courses were not of that quality and the chateaubriand was an interesting mix of overcooked... More

Food was really good, which was a relief after spending 9 days eating Cuban food. The menu offers lots of options for beef, chicken and specially fish lovers!!

It's a typical amazon food. When I was there, there was live music and the local is good. Good food and good prices.

Always on the lookout for new food experiences, we followed a group of car salesmen from the lot next door into this interesting restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. The interior is open and has seating on the second floor balcony overlooking the main dining area. The excellent kitchen specializes in regional fish dishes that serve two people with reasonable prices.... More

Very good restaurant in a nice place, price is not so high but not popular. The Caldo de Peixe is best, served for everybody before the Menu.
