When we are in this area, we love stoping here even if it is just for coffee and conversation. I have had breakfast and lunch at this little spot and have always been happy with the food quality and friendly service. It is on the healthy side and a bit bohemian for this blue collar hearty section of door county.... More

This was a great find while we were exploring Algoma. They even had great gluten free options for my selective diet. I would have eaten there twice during our trip if we had found it earlier.

My mom and I stopped here on the way to Door County on recommendation of a local. We were not disappointed. My mom had stuffed green pepper soup and I had a hummus, lettuce, tomato and bacon sandwich which I am going to try to duplicate at home. They were busy, and I can see why. Great lunch stop. Highly... More

Planned my first stop at Caffe 'tlazzo today. The staff was very helpful, the interior is relaxing and inviting to sit and lounge. I just had some tea but the menu looked oke. I was surprised to find this place in a small town at Lake Michigan. If you are looking for a quiet place to read or catch up... More

Smallish portions of mediocre food for New York prices. Will never return, even though it is walking distance from our house.

I have eaten here several times, and have always been more than satisfied. Each time I have had a sandwich or a pannini, and the food is always fresh and delicious, using the best ingredients. They have daily specials, and several alternatives for side dishes with their sandwiches, with an emphasis on healthy options. I recommend this place to all... More

We've eaten many times at Tlazo's and have never been disappointed. High quality food, beverages, and service are all hallmarks of this fine dining establishment. Be sure to try the crepes with lingonberry sauce! Amazing! No trip to the Lakeshore is complete without a stop at Caffe Tlazo's.

I finally stopped by this café (or caffe per their name) for lunch. Now, I am not a coffee drinker so I have nothing to say about the wide variety of coffees. But I do enjoy a good sandwich so I have that base covered. I chose the "Tuscany" panini. The prosciutto is what made me make that choice. The... More

Caffe 'tlazo never disappoints. Delectable food, lovely ambience and superb staff. Caffee 'tlazo also has a lovely selection of jewelry, ceramics, etc. created by local/area artists.

I have eaten here twice now and it is consistently good! There is a sun porch you can sit in or the regular dining room. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to your table. In addition to breakfast, they offer many salads, gourmet sandwiches including those on grilled Panini and plenty of wraps. Extensive selection... More
