Small town taste buds

Once you get out of town the drive is not bad and you see country and what Washington is all about....good food in small towns. We went with friends who have been here many times and we finally met up with them. We had to try all the courses and all were good. Even the cocktails! We had the duck... read more

We had the mushroom pastry and escargot for appetizers, both were superb. For dinner we had planned on saving room for desert, which was smart. We have New York steak and it was good, however the chocolate cake was awesome and shared by the 4 of us. We all agreed it was rich and moist, with a hint of pepper?... More

If you love gourmet food, you will want to put this on your list of "go to places"! You will probably want to dress up a bit, so you don't feel out of place, but they're wonderful people who serve up class as well as some of the bests food I've ever tasted.

We were here to celebrate a special anniversary, and dining here really made it special! It's a small place, in a small town, but don't be fooled by that. The food and service are top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, although a large and boisterous group, on a previous visit, made it less comfortable for us. On this occasion,... More

Kind of a surprise to have a restaurant like this in such small town America, Special occasions for us, too pricey for everyday but worth it when the time calls for it.

The Bistro is a must experience, bucket list type of dining. I want to be eating the strawberry prawns or the flat iron steak with Martin's sauces in the moment before I die! This fine, intimate restaurant is the jewel of little Arlington and worth every dollar spent.

I've had the privilege of dinning at the Bistro numerous times and I've always come away feeling satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. The restaurant is not big which is great because this adds to it's intimacy and charm. The owner/proprietor and chief and his staff are extremely professional and clearly work hard to provide a... This is superb dining at it's best. The Bistro rivals many of the best restaurants found in Seattle...in Arlington! Not cheap but by far worth the extra $ for quality and taste. Atmosphere is awesome!
