Adrift is a friendly, casual, locavore eatery with a creative and diverse menu. We serve breakfast all day, lunch, and dinner, and we source much of our meats, seafood, and produce from local farmers. We have an extensive seafood menu featuring local clams, mussels, scallops, oysters, crab, smoked trout, salmon, halibut, and catfish. Our Skagit Burgers are locally famous, they are made with local grass fed beef, housemade potato bun, balsamic caramelized red onions, and toasted garlic aioli. Drift in and join us for a great meal. Delicious food, fun atmosphere!

We stopped by Adrift while driving through Anacortes and are so glad we stopped. We sat at the bar with a view of the kitchen, which was real fun. The restaurant was busy, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing!!! We will definitely return next time we drive through.

My husband and I stayed in Anacortes recently, and, while we spent some of the days outside of our "base of operations", we did eat a couple of dinners in Anacortes. We had vowed to eat only seafood for our main meals on this trip. I had scouted out restaurants in Anacortes and came upon Adrift. We were fortunate that... More

Panko encrusted pan fried oysters , asparagus , crab cakes , salad , home made dressings and sauces. Visiting from Colorado , we dont get this quality of food often. So happy we happened upon this place. You have to eat here. Trendy? Just darn good food. Everything was great. Staying for desert.

The decor and furnishings were clever and quite lovely, really in keeping withe maritime theme and not at all kitschy. You know the meal will be great when the drinking water is sublime. We had brunch, the service was excellent, coffe was perfect and all 4 entrees were clever, innovative and delicious

On the one night we spent in Anacortes, my wife and I went to dinner at the Adrift hoping to find some good fish and chips. Well, they don't have fish and chips. They don't have much on the menu that I recognized. This is a very trendy place, the place was packed, and everyone seemed to be enjoying the... More

Their blue cheese burger was fantastic! It was perfectly cooked, very flavorful and served on a brioche bun! All restaurants need to go with brioche buns; MUCH better than the doughy, white bread ones!

Our second trip to San Juan Island and the first thing we did is to look for this restaurant. Cozy and the food was delicious!

I had the cha cha burger. It was supposed to be spicy but it really wasn't spicy at all. I ordered my burger med. rare and it came out well done. I'm not saying this is a bad place. The burger was still good just wasn't cooked to my liking. The fries were really good. I would say it's an... More

We were in Anacortes 4 days and ate 5 meals here. The dungeness crab cakes are a must -- whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Thursday is sushi night if you get there early while supplies last! Huge discount on bottles of wine on Mondays from their wine notable selection. Menu offers wide range of prices -- everything is fresh... More
