Adrift is a friendly, casual, locavore eatery with a creative and diverse menu. We serve breakfast all day, lunch, and dinner, and we source much of our meats, seafood, and produce from local farmers. We have an extensive seafood menu featuring local clams, mussels, scallops, oysters, crab, smoked trout, salmon, halibut, and catfish. Our Skagit Burgers are locally famous, they are made with local grass fed beef, housemade potato bun, balsamic caramelized red onions, and toasted garlic aioli. Drift in and join us for a great meal. Unexpectedly good meal

Our dinner was really good, as was the experience. We sat at the bar and watched the cooks preparing the meals. They were quite friendly and willing to talk about the dishes and the ingredients. Have been here several times with noon-time groups. Service is attentive, but food just doesn't strike me as all that superlative, not meeting menu descriptions and price very well. Not that food is bad; far from it. They just think they're very special and I don't.

The manager of our hotel recommended Adrift to us. We walked over and checked it out. It is a cool place with antiques and an open kitchen fronted by a bar if you choose to sit there. Small dining room with copper-topped tables. Cute! Outside seating is also available. The steamed clams were excellent as was a dinner order of... More

Why, because we can enjoy a super meal with our dogs sitting with us. Doesn't get any better than that!

My husband and I ate here In July of 2015, while we were in Anacortes for the week. The restaurant was loud and crowded and you have to enter thru the bar to be seated. My expectations were high based on reviews and how busy the place was. I believe they are trying to hard to be trendy. The food... More

Ordered the fish tacos with halibut, limp corn tortillas, skimpy portion of fish. Maybe I just ordered the wrong item, my sister had the burger and she loved it. Artichoke appetizer was so so, edamame was excellent.

I have been to this resturant two times. It has a good variety of choices for seafood eaters and non seafood lovers (I had a good hamburger the first time and the second time a good salad topped with Salmon). It is on the main street of Anacortes. The resturant get busy so if you can try to make a... More

We ended up here because we found the A'Town Bistro too noisy to enjoy a relaxed meal, and walked down a few doors to the Adrift. It was quieter and we got a better table. The service was slow at first, but did get better over the evening. We started with the crab cakes, probably the best we've ever had.... More

Our family of 6 found Adrift highly recommended on TripAdvisor, so we stopped while vacationing. The small quaint restaurant was cute and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The food, however, was overpriced for what was served. I ordered halibut fish tacos, as I wanted to enjoy some fish while visiting the Puget Sound area. The 3 tacos were mostly filled with... More

This is hands down my local favorite. As a gluten free, dairy free eater there are lots of great items on the menu and they are willing to make changes I need. The atmosphere is a bit loud but fun. Great service and fresh local food. Sushi on Thursday nights is delicious.
