This is where you go when you are hungry and do not want to deal with B.S. Great sandwiches, soups and deserts.

After a hard afternoon of shopping and carrying packages for the wife, we stopped for some refreshment at Gere-A-Deli. The place is filled with vintage signs, is very clean, and the service was good. Our Root Beer floats were delicious.

Friendly staff, fantastic Fidalgo Bay Seacoast blend coffee and an awesome tomato basil quiche. Can't wait to go back for lunch sometime.

We each had a different sandwich (which we took with us to go) and both were very good! One was a vegetarian/turkey wrap with a wonderful sauce to pour into or over it. The other was an equally good sandwich on wonderful bread. The fidalgo Island cookie was a wonderful after lunch treat. We wanted to go here for breakfast... More

This place is a treat. It's always our first stop when we arrive in Anacortes. Whether it's one of their great soups or sandwiches you can't go wrong and you won't leave hungry. The friendly staff makes sure everything is right or they'll make it right. Don't forget to order a Fidalgo cookie for dessert.

Fantastic sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts which you order at the counter. Your order is then brought to your table. Our friend brought us here as we were leaving Lopez Island going back to Seattle. What a treat! The decor with vintage signs is fun to look at while you are eating terrific food. I would return in a heartbeat!

Great selection of sandwiches on your choice of breads and two soups a day. Also some great salads and desserts. If you get there between 11:30 and 1:30 you may need to wait for a table. You order at the counter, find a table and they bring you your meal. As a local we usually get our order to go... More

Awesome food, great place. I remember eating there as a kid in high school and it's still one of my favorite places today. If you've never been, then you must go!
