A Mixed Bag

Waitress was friendly and efficient. Husband had the day's special, a Shrimp Po'Boy served with a cup of chowder. He loved the sandwich and said the chowder was just okay. I had a taco salad which was fresh and flavorful. Grandson had chicken strips and fries off the kids menu, but after drinking... read more

Good standard diner food. Staff friendly and the story behind the place was fun. Was pleasantly surprised and full when we left.

I got the 4 mini burgers and potato salad. My daughter got the split pea soup and for dessert the brownie fudge cheesecake. All the food was wonderful. However, there were not enough servers to handle the few customers present. Table was sticky though it looked to have been wiped off... I will try them again to see how it... More

We sat in their parking lot reading the reviews and a number of them seemed to be not good. We thought about leaving But we took a chance and went in. Service was very good, and attentive. I ordered a prime time, their speciality according to the menu. It was cooked med rare, with a baked potato, and asparagus. Very... More

We pulled in here on a rainy morning looking for a good diner breakfast. I had the classic bacon and eggs and my boyfriend had a really amazing and large serving of corn beef hash with toast. Both meals came with little containers of amazing homemade jam for the toast. We saw on the menu that they serve Yak in... More

We pulled in for a late lunch coming from Ocean Shores and ordered pattt melts. Although they tasted good the meat was razor thin and when we say thin we mean thin. Plus you could pull the meat away from the cheese and onions, Not a patty melt...more like a flat burger with a few grilled onions and some cheese.... More

My family ate at Duffy's after seeing the Pacific Ocean. I was fascinated with the history of the restaurant before I ordered my food. It was good back then, and it is still pretty good today. Service: okay - At first, we only received two water glasses when we needed three. We did receive the third water glass, but we... More

Restaurant has seen better days and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Vents in the ceilings and carpet do not appear to have been cleaned for years. Ordered an omelette which arrived on a plate that was too small so part of the omelette hung over the sides of the plate. The cook used so much oil that it puddled... More

Service was quick and timely. Server was personable and our drinks never ran dry. BUT .... the best part of the whole experience was the Prime Rib Sandwich. I have never had a prime rib sandwich this good. Perfectly cooked for a Thursday mid afternoon Prime Rib.
