A perfect setting for catching live music - small and intimate. Go early and have do inner - we both had a salad - mine with chicken and my companion with fish. Very good selection of coffee and desserts too! Then go to the show for a great night out

...every opportunity that I have to stop here has been worth it. The atmosphere, the service, the menu and the quality make it a must visit place whenever you are near Ashland. I am looking forward to my next visit and hope to make it correspond with one of there fantastic concert offerings.

Nice little coffee shop but when we stopped by for breakfast we were surprised by the lack of “regular tables and chairs” that we are accustomed to in restaurants. There were tables but mostly small ones with chairs that you would have in a family room to watch TV, very uncomfortable to eat a meal at. We lucked up and... More

This little eatery and live music venue had a worn and historic feeling to it. Judging by the other diners it has a lot of regulars. This was my first time and it was like attending a private concert in a place that time has stood still. The entertainment was good and the service was excellent. The food rated as... More

Do not go! The furniture had holes in it and were full of stains. Overpriced breakfast, which would have tasted better at home, on top of horrible service. No greeting or anything. Will never go back!

It's really too bad that this Coffee shop & "Listening Room" doesn't put as much care into it's core business as it does in booking great musical acts. The Coffee Shop part of the business is not very clean...especially the furniture. Also, the food is mediocre at best. Didn't bother trying the coffee after being so disappointed in the food.... At Ashland Coffee and Tea you can get coffee, pastries, lunch, dinner, see a show, and borrow books for free! We went sept 13 to see Bill Kirchen and Too Much Fun. The show was terrific as usual, this was the third time we have seen Bill at Ashland C&T, and there was a great crowd. I had the quiche... More

Always enjoyed food and coffee at the Ashland Coffee and Tea, but when they went to strange hours, I stop going as I could not remember when they were open or closed. I hope they stay open during the day as it is good place an very relaxing.

We have eaten here often and are always pleased with the meal. We come primarily for the music, though, which is always fantastic. This time we both had paninis; I had grilled cheese and roasted red pepper. Tasty. The servers are really nice and service is always good.

Nice return to the days of coffee houses and local talent. Great to listen to the music and night and watch the trains pass by. The coffees are great, but the food just "OK", the Jambalaya was weak and watery and the chips & crab dip needed CRAB, or crab flavor. I had a great beer Fat Tire and my... More
