When we first visited Ashland and were trying to decide if we would move to the community, we discovered Ashland Coffee and Tea. We found the variety of coffee and teas were excellent, the omelettes and sandwiches as good as anything mom might make, and the atmosphere casually comfortable and relaxing. After we did move to Ashland, we also discovered... More

The subtitle to their website is "Premiere Coffee and Music House." I cannot speak to the "coffeehouse," as we recently went, for the first time, for a concert and dinner. I was recently told by a musician-friend that this is one of the best music venues on the east coast, and I don't doubt it. Live music, generally 4-5 times... More

A perfect setting for catching live music - small and intimate. Go early and have do inner - we both had a salad - mine with chicken and my companion with fish. Very good selection of coffee and desserts too! Then go to the show for a great night out

...every opportunity that I have to stop here has been worth it. The atmosphere, the service, the menu and the quality make it a must visit place whenever you are near Ashland. I am looking forward to my next visit and hope to make it correspond with one of there fantastic concert offerings.

Nice little coffee shop but when we stopped by for breakfast we were surprised by the lack of “regular tables and chairs” that we are accustomed to in restaurants. There were tables but mostly small ones with chairs that you would have in a family room to watch TV, very uncomfortable to eat a meal at. We lucked up and... More

This little eatery and live music venue had a worn and historic feeling to it. Judging by the other diners it has a lot of regulars. This was my first time and it was like attending a private concert in a place that time has stood still. The entertainment was good and the service was excellent. The food rated as... More

Do not go! The furniture had holes in it and were full of stains. Overpriced breakfast, which would have tasted better at home, on top of horrible service. No greeting or anything. Will never go back!

It's really too bad that this Coffee shop & "Listening Room" doesn't put as much care into it's core business as it does in booking great musical acts. The Coffee Shop part of the business is not very clean...especially the furniture. Also, the food is mediocre at best. Didn't bother trying the coffee after being so disappointed in the food....
