They do not have a table at eating height in the restaurant. Food was fair. I suppose it is a place where as the name describes you have tea or coffee in aging upholstered furniture, They have eggs and omelets,

Good place to go for small eats if late at night. Stepped in there on a weekend night, they had some sandwiches, and other things. I was very hungry. The band in the other part was the main attraction.

The owner of this coffee house really needs to put glasses on and clean up! It's one thing to go for the "grungy" look and throw a few old cushions around to make it cosy; but it's another story when tables are dirty, salt & pepper shakers filthy and general run down feel of the place. Flowers in small vases... More

Have only visited once but it is well placed in the middle of the historic town. It looked close from the outside but we tried and it was open. It has all the usual coffee house drinks plus sandwiches and pastries. Smoothly was very fresh, large and tasty. Steamer was fine.

I found the food and coffee to be average. We arrived a few minutes after 2:00 pm and our preferred restaurant had closed. We walked around the corner to Ashland Coffee and Tea. In the interest of supporting local business we went there since a passerby told us they serve food. I can see that the locals may love this... More

Very cute environment, yummy coffee, amazing smells, nice menu, but no smiles. Felt like I was inconveniencing the staff.

after finishing a 20 mile ride this day I stopped in finally, after passing it so many times and seeing bikes parked out side I figured this is a good place to find some cycling buddys. Not...I walked in and it looked like a store in its final days of closing for good. I finally found the counter buried behind... More

At times, take out service can be a bit slow. Quality of the food makes it worth the wait. We have never been disappointed.

Fantastic jazz session with friends and a singer that ranged from Bessie Smith to Amy Winehouse. A unique atmosphere and worth a visit. The food was great as well!

This is a very cool local place not just for coffee, but for just-under-the-radar touring music (singer-songwriter, Americana, folk, bluegrass, etc). It is a listening room, so no loud bar vibe at all. If you want to party hard, this isn't the place for you. The sound system is fantastic, and the bands are always the most talented folks on...
