Got off of 95 to have dinner at a restaurant we had visited in the past, it was out of business so we tried this place. Nice atmosphere, sat at the bar and watched the NFL game. Crab Cakes were good but not great. My friends steak was ok.

I'll start with the positives. We were seated right away and had excellent service. Our food came quickly and the portions were plentiful. Everything was hot. Now to the food. I had the crab cakes. They were average. My wife had the broiled flounder. She took about 5 bites and was done. I tried it too and understood. It had... More

I eat out a lot and Turner's is close to home so I go often. It is not much to look at on the outside (in fact the building housed a laundromat for decades) but the food and prices are worth venturing inside. I am trying different things on their menu and have enjoyed most. Each night they have specials... More

I'll keep this short. I loved this place. My Cajun Steak was great. Prices are very reasonable. Try it you won't regret it.

We arrived about 6 on a Friday evening. There were several empty tables and one couple waiting. After several minutes the other couple was seated. The hostess asked if we preferred a table or booth and then proceeded to tell the other hostess. Several more minutes went by elapsed with no apparent progress in getting us seated do we left.... Steaks are excellent and overall most of the food is above average. Service is above average. Great place for a good meal that will fill up most people. Not noisy and plenty of seating.

While our son was on a visit to Randolph Macon my husband and I had dinner at Turners. We chose it based off the reviews on Trip Advisor. We had the steak special and Crab Cakes. My husbands steak was wonderful, nicely seasoned, huge 14oz and cooked perfectly. However, my crab cakes were average. If I had a complaint it... More

Turner's is our "go to" place when friends and family come into town or are passing through. We've had just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Their burgers are mouth watering, freshly prepared and cooked just right. Their prime rib is to die for - we've even called ahead to make sure the prime rib was... More
