Pretty typical American version of Irish pub

In business since 2001, Finnegan's has traditional Irish dinners, plenty of American appetizers, salads, soup, chili, burgers, and more. The food is decent, not gourmet, but what do you expect in an Irish pub? Good happy hour from 3 to 8, with specials for dinner, and 1/4 off appetizers. Plenty... read more

The food is decent, not gourmet, but what do you expect in an Irish pub? Good happy hour from 3 to 8, with specials for dinner, and 1/4 off appetizers. Plenty of Irish drafts and American, too.

On St. Patrick's Day I was taking my friend to the airport but had time for lunch so we stopped here right at noon. They were busy but not packed & we opted to sit at the bar where there was plenty of room. We'd ordered our food off the St. Patrick's Day menu so as to be sure we... More

Finnegan's has such potential... it is one of those places that you want to be good, but it regularly disappoints. I have eaten at Finnegan's about 6 times over the past 24 months, but I will not be going back to dine. Have been to Finnegan's many times for a beer. Pro's: Good bar, good prices, usually a decent crowd... More

At one time, this was a once-a-week dinner option for us. They changed their menu--no longer offering the shrimp or chicken skewers--one of our favorites. The last few times we went in to eat there, they were woefully understaffed. It took forever to order then get our food. The last time, there was no employee in sight besides the bartender,... More

I haven't eaten at Finnegan's so I can't speak for the food - we usually visit the bar in the evening when it is more bar and less restaurant. The selection is good and I do enjoy their wine selection. Sometimes it can be a bit loud when the bar is crowded and the music is loud, but if you... More

The bar offers at least two IPAs on drought, they both pack a punch and help get the night going. I was here on Wed night and it was only half full, but enough people to to keep in interesting. The bar food is not very good. I had to send the Cesar salad back because it was NOT a... More

Stopped in for a late lunch around 2pm. We ordered the corned beef, a cheddar burger, a cold Guinness, and a coffee with a shot of Jamison. The food was average, the corned beef was served dry with a steamed quarter head of cabbage (nicely done) and sauce on the side. The potato mash was decent with herbs and garlic.... More

Love this place. Service has been excellent everytime out of 6 visits. This is a great stop for me since I have to bring my daughter for a walk so mommy gets a break. The servers are always smiling and quick to get the order ready. The food is priced great and one of my favorites is the happy hour... More

We arrived just before 1230 on a Saturday and there were no cars parked in front of the restaurant, so we thought it was closed. We drove by and the sign on the door showed they opened at noon. We went in and a voice from the back of the restaurant told us to sit wherever we wanted. We chose... More

So, we went there earlier this evening. It was fine. We just wanted a laid back pub night. My fiancée ordered some beer on tap. The waiter came back, they were out. He ordered another selection, the waiter returned and it was frozen. In fact, the waiter said a number of the beers were frozen, they are having trouble with... More
