This is a chain restaurant of mainly Persian and some middle eastern food in eat coast. In my opinion it is as close as Persian food can get to fast food. The quality of the food is not superb but a tad above average. price on the other hand is reasonable.

Moby Dick is a chain in DC metro, I used to visit their restaurant in McLean, VA many years ago. I decided to take my wife to their relatively new restaurant in Ashburn on her birthday. I am delighted to find that they have a much better restaurant in terms of ambience and menu. I place lots of importance in... More

I love the grape leaves and all the sides. I could go here and get JUST the sides and be satisfied. But the dinners are great too. The spiced beef kabob and the chicken are my favorite. Always clean. Fast service. When weather is nice I like to sit outside. Good value good food

We had four big adults with big appetites. One of us was a picky eater. So we called up Moby Dick and ordered the giant family platter. That's the way to do, like you mean business! The family platter was the best value for our group. It includes an assortment of meat skewers, rice, appetizer, a couple salads, bread, baklava.... More

My daughter and I stopped here for chicken kabobs w/rice. They were yummy! The restaurant is a fast food style where you order and wait for your number to be alled but it's freshly made food to order. The meals came with a lot of rice, grilled tomatoes and a half pita or they have an option for salad or... More

Went to the Ashburn location and was very pleased today. Ordered a family platter and a bunch of kebab combo dishes, all arrived fresh and hot. Served with piping hot fresh bread, the portions were nice sized and taste amazing. The service was friendly and nice

It really worth the money you pay. Fresh kabobs and healthy food if you compare to other fast foods. They havevspecial food of the day Mon. Through Friday and I love them all but (Tue.) Baghali Polo with lamb shank more than others. The managers of Ashburn store are so friendly. If you like kabobs and persian food you must... More

The lamb and ground beef combo 3 is the best dish to try out. Add "sumac" it's the red seed like flavoring in a bottle. I suggest trying it with rice. After adding the sumac it brings out the flavor and aroma. Inexpensive comfort food :)

Short and sweet... I eat here at least twice a week. I really like the food however resist the urge to call it fast. Anything but. Just don't expect warm fuzziness from the staff. Just ain't happening. The tables need cleaning between people and the place doesn't provide staff to do it. Atmosphere is non-existent but hey it's a kabob... More

Went back like a month ago (I wanted to post this then but it said it was too soon to review again) and it will be my last experience for awhile! I ordered the gyro to-go and when I got home to eat it, I ate the rice first and looked down at my spoon and saw FLOSS on it!... More
