Description: Tandoori Nights, offers an appetizing array of India’s regional cuisine, including signature dishes from Bombay and Goa, as well as vegetarian specialties from the south. A delicious complement to the main dishes, the traditional Naan bread, baked in the tandoor oven, is given extra flavor with garlic and fresh butter, spices, dried fruits and more.

My girlfriend and I were here the other night for dinner. The food was very good and was reasonably priced. I will definitely go back to Zaika.

I have been comming to Zaika for a while with my brother and I am very impressed with the quality of food and friendly nature of the managers and staff. My brother and I actually make a point to visit every Indian restaurant we possible can in the DC area. Eventhough Zaika is close to my home, it has become... More

We ordered dal, samosas, lassi and paranthas. Food was fine. It took them over 30 minutes to settle the check.

Very tasty "modern" Indian food. By modern, they mean that some dishes are not found elsewhere but are made in the style of traditional Indian dishes.

Had dinner her with a friend. Food was fresh and tasty. Relatively inexpensive and service was pleasing. Yellow Dal and Chana were the best. Naan was soft and hot.

We went to Zaika for New Years’ eve with a party of 10. The service was great. We arrived and they had our group table all ready. Waters poured and drink orders taken very promptly. The great service continued with multiple wait staff and the owner continually checking on us. Cannot comment on all the food because of the size... More

Formerly known as Tandoori Nights. Very tasty and reasonably priced Indian food. Appetizer: vegetable samosa - about average; tasty enough, especially with the sweet dark brown sauce, but nothing to write home about. Na'an: we tried the jalapeno and cheese; very tasty, although I doubt that it is a legit Indian recipe. Malai kabab: delicious and very generous helpings. Chicken... More

My husband and I visited Zaika with a Groupon. We were greatly pleased by the atmosphere , service, and most importantly, the food. My husband had the curried goat and I opted for lamb chops marsala. Both dishes were delicious. I am not sure I would go here without a Groupon, because it is a little costly. However, with a... More

I have been to this place a couple times. The food is good but not for a special event like an anniversary.

Zaika continues the excellent food and service of its predecessor, Tandoori Nights. The new owners have expanded the menu with some Indo-Chinese creations. Everything we tried was delicious. Portions are so large that most can be shared. Excellent wine list and Indian beers. The room is extremely attractive and noise levels are low. If you crave a first-class Indian meal... More
