If you love something that is quaint, but awesomely delicious then you will not regret eating here. They were incredibly attentive to our party's needs and the food was spectacular and reasonably priced with large portions. They have been there since 1972. Parking is in the back. Their marinara sauce was incredible. We will return!

New management has turned this old neighborhood fave into a joint with merely edible food. The selections are the same -- spaghetti house classics -- but suffer from too much time under the heat lamp.

Decided to try Ruffino's based on Trip Advisor reviews -- we weren't disappointed! Staff was so welcoming on a stormy night. Meals were delicious -- chicken piccata, veal parmigiana, tortellini with meat sauce for our girls. Finished meal with 2 homemade servings of the tiramisu - best we've ever had. Very affordable local restaurant with charm. Skip the chains and... More

After a day in the monuments, we searched yelp for Italian restaurants that deliver. Ruffinos had great reviews plus delivery service! However it turned out we were outside their delivery area but we already had our hearts set on them so we drove over. I am so glad we did! The food was very good, but the service is what... More

We have been going here for years, maybe once or twice a year. The menu changes slightly and they have specials, which are usually quite good. They are a spaghetti house and that is what they do best (other than the specials). The spaghetti with meatballs is delicious. They serve different bread now—change from the past--that is nicely chewy and... More

We started going to Ruffino's Spaghetti House about once a week starting in about 1985 when we lived in Arlington. We moved far away but always make a point of going back when we're in that area. The inside has gone through many changes over the years (except for the wonderful poster "WHY ME?" on the back wall!), currently for... More

Ruffino's is a great neighborhood restaurant. The food is good; the portions are plentiful (enough for a take-away box); the atmosphere ie low-key; the service is attentive; and the orices very reasonable.

Small restaurant that is admittedly a little noisy due to the floor and polished marble lower walls. Maybe a dozen tables in the place, not crowded, and a comfortable little bar (with a great big-screen!). Noise aside, be prepared for the OUTSTANDING service and TERRIFIC cuisine! Limited parking in the back, and a little tough to find, but we had... More

The acoustics in this restaurant make it impossible have a conversation, so forget a relaxing experience. The bigger disappointment was the blah Italian food. The marinara sauce was devoid of spices and the veal was gray and coated in oil. The only garnish was a half of a lemon that was dried out and clearly freshly cut. The green salad... More

My whole family really likes Italian food but none of us enjoyed this restaurant. The food wasn't very good and there are definitely much better restaurants to go to. We went once a while ago and were not satisfied. They later redid and and we decided to give it another chance. It wasn't any better, and took a really long... More
