Great Service, Delicious Dinner

Made a trek out to this place from MD suburbs based on a friend's recommendation, but came away underwhelmed. The good...the service...very attentive and pleasant :-) The bad...the burger was dry :-| The ugly...the salad was just downright ugly...limp and smothered in salad dressing :-(

We made a last minute reservation on a Friday night and the earliest spot open was at 9pm. We ordered a the wedge salad to start (crisp pancetta, scallions, tomatoes and blue cheese - $11.50). For our entrees we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the NY strip (bone marrow butter, roasted mushrooms, white cheddar grits, mustard greens - $24.95).... More

My wife and I had lunch at Liberty on a Friday - got there at 11:45 before the Noon crowd arrived. Got crowded by 12:30. Waiter (Anthony) was outstanding - food was very good. Only caution is that the salmon is cooked a bit on the raw side (some like it this way, we prefer throughly cooked). Appetizer and dessert... More

Love this place. Have been here for lunch, dinner and drinks; service is always quick, food is always delicious, drinks are always well made and they have a great selection of beers on tap. Does tend to be on the loud side if you eat downstairs, but they also offer outside and upstairs seating. I go here all the time... More

Had dinner here last weekend. Overall, the experience was just okay and from our perspective, the quality of the food has slipped a bit over the past couple of years. The service was quick and attentive which was appreciated given how busy the place was. The food was okay, not great. I had the surf and turf with grits and... More

My husband and I had dinner here on a Saturday night. We made reservations for 7:30 p.m. and we were seated immediately; although it looked like there was still a couple of tables for walk-ins. We started with the the two house cheese, which were very nice. I had the night's special of ravioli stuffed with braised pork shoulder. My... More

We took Tripadvisors advise and booked this restaurant to for a gathering after my father's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. The service was superb! Sean, the manager, was extremely helpful and Todd, the waiter was so personable and efficient! The restaurant was located a few miles from ANC. They offer a price fixe limited three course menu(but still wonderful and... More

You know when you meet old friends and you chat chat chat and the poor waitress is trying to take an order and you have to keep saying 'give us 5 more minutes' - well we were this nightmare but throughout our waitress was charming and delightful! The food was good and excellent value for money. I had the salmon... More

This is a great place. The food is very good, an upscale take on American. They have a wonderful Sunday brunch with lots of yummy breakfast and lunch options on the buffet. This is one of this places they quickly becomes a favorite.
