Everything was perfect, from the mushroom flatbread appetizer to our entrees. I had the lobster pot pie and my sister had the swordfish. Excellent, unobtrusive service. Can't wait to go back!

Cute outside neighborhood cafe! Winner in recent burger cookoff! Lots of wonderful organic and local produce choices too!

We had eaten at Willow six or seven times in the past and had never been disappointed. It is not fast food and it is not inexpensive. We did have to wait quite a bit longer than usual which was surprising as the place was not crowded. The weather was beautiful and the outside seating area was full - mostly... More

Willow is located in my office building and has recently started offering a "counter lunch" in their bar area, but at tables as well as at the bar. The lunch is only $10 per person and while the choices are limited, there is always something good on the menu - a soup and salad combo, for example. Each day they... More

Willow has excellent food and good service. Make sure to try their flatbread they are copious and delicious. I had the calamari appetizer and it was full of jalapeno - hot. But it was tasty and washed down with a cold gaspacho with texture. The food is presented well, it taste delicious and the service is professional. A great place... More

I reviewed Willow a few years ago, and while we've been back many times since, I decided to put some notes together on Friday's visit. First the setting - after a contentious day at work which ran hours later than planned, the wife said "feed me now!". Willow is minutes away and that was the pick. As I mentioned before... More

Being over in Washington DC/Arlington on business I joined a group of friends and colleagues at the last minute to dinner at Willow. Other than knowing that like me they enjoyed great food and wine I had no idea what to expect on midweek evening. They clearly knew what a treat we were in for and were already familiar with... More

My fiancée and I had a wonderful dinner after a ling day at a conference. Our waiter Tim, couldn't have been more helpful, polite, or charming. The wine selection was very good; we shared a bottle of Gruner Veltliner. The scallop appetizer ranked among the best thing we ever ate! I hade the lobster pot pie and ravioli which was... More

I accompanied my husband on a business trip because we had our 38th wedding anniversary during his stay. He made reservations for us & they sent me an email to "invite" me to dinner! The restaurant was a very trendy restaurant. Our server was wonderful. The manager came over at the end of our dinner & congratulated us on anniversary.... More

Joined a couple that I've known and trusted for years for a dinner at the Willow. They're Ballston residents and rave about the consistency and dependability of the Willow. From it's service, to it's selections, all the way to the dessert conclusions, the Willow satisfies. And, I agree! It was a superb dinner, and the service was outstanding. We really... More
