I have been to this restaurant before and enjoyed the food. Here on business I took a group of my friends to this for good Thai food. It was lunch time, yet the place did not have a lot of other patrons. Our party of 5 sat and a short time later the waitress took our drink order. It took... More

Located in a nice setting near 2100-2200 Clarendon Blvd, this restaurant impressed me with the attentive and courteous servers, the presentation and taste of the food, and the reasonable prices. I particularly enjoyed the Lamb curry with saffron rice. Did not try any of the desserts. I think the sauces that came with the appetizers were a little on the... More

Let me say from the beginning that I used to live in Thailand so I'm a bit particular about what Thai food should taste like. But this is Arlington and not Bangkok....so on to the review. The food was pretty good. The mango chicken was *very* good as well as the pudding and rice for dessert. Portions are big so... More

Had lunch there during a business meeting nearby. I ordered the duck entree, I think it is #16. Everything was quite good, veggies were not overcooked and nicely seasoned. Except the meat which was fried and just dry. What a waste of a nice piece of duck! Quantity was good. Service was very attentive. It was nicely airconditioned, not to hot... More

We love their food. It's traditional thai as far as I can tell, with options for everyone. I can't eat gluten but happily eat the red curry with chicken while my husband eats spring rolls and fried rice and our older daughter enjoys chicken satay. Always great service, only wish they had a better wine list for the times we... More

Sawatdee is one of my regular Thai restaurants and I am there at least once a week. Occasionally take business customers there as well. Staff is great....very friendly and efficient. I love the food. As an introduction: I lived and worked in Bangkok, Thailand for 3 years.....traveled all over Thailand and tried many different cuisines. I do not profess to... More
