Great breads. Brioche loaves on Saturday. Wonderful sandwiches and super cupcakes. Also an assortment of breakfast items (scones, muffins Danish, etc.) and hot breakfast sandwiches.

Good quality breads, good service with very welcoming staff . European friends in search for a good baguette or "barra de pan " have found it their favorite.

This great bakery is owned by Carlyle Grand Cafe (also reviewed) and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Be prepared...the lines can be out the door, but they move pretty quickly. They make a fabulous breakfast croissant that is worth every calorie...you can take out or they have the Carlyle open in the morning for Best Buns customers.

Came here to grab a quick breakfast before we went apartment hunting. It was extremely crowded on a Saturday morning but the staff kept the line moving quickly. They serve Starbucks coffee which is fine, but I would love to see a place like this serve a more locally roasted or even Stumptown coffee. I got the egg and cheese... More

I can't say enough good things about Best Buns Bakery. From the service (you will always be greeted with a smile) to the pastries to the sandwiches and salads, this place will satisy your sweet tooth. The pain au chocolates (chocolate croissants) are as good as the ones I had in Paris. For something a little less rich, the sourdough... More

Everything I have eaten from here - from the sandwiches (chicken salad is great) to the breads (try the challah on Fridays) to the sweets (lemon Bundt, yum!) is just delicious. The service is friendly too.

Their baguette and epi breads are delicious and match any good French boulangerie. I ask for the well-cooked breads cause like the bread crispy. Sandwiches/salads are also good but a bit pricey. Cupcakes and other pastries are also good except the chocolate croissant. The chocolate croissant is milk chocolate and very liquid center - I like a chocolate croissant more... More

The sweets, breads, and breakfast foods are very fresh and tasty. The prices are a little bit high, but by the line out of the door on the weekend mornings, it is clear that this place justifies the price.

We at here 3 different times during our 5 day stay and was one of our favorite places to grab some coffee and breakfast and just sit outside at one of the tables.
