Lost Dog Cafe is very good

The lost Dog Café is a neighborhood classic with and endless variety of pizza, sandwiches and beer. What more would a lost dog want!

Just ate dinner here while in DC. AMAZING is what my kids said. The kids loved the Phoenix, a pita with chicken, cheese and lettuce. My daughter said it was the best sandwich she has ever eaten. My son loved it as well. They also tried the white pizza, which they said was good, but paled in comparison to the... More

We went to the Lost Dog for a Saturday lunch after a visit to the park and Falls Church Farmer's market. We were three adults and two toddlers. They set us up right away and gave us a good table for us and provided quick service. Choose any of their selection with "dog inspired" names... Everything has a dog inspired... More

The food here is very good. Not pretentious but solid ingredients and well prepared. I support this restaurant because of the fantastic work they do in realm of animal rescue but I have never had a bad meal.

An acquaintance recommended we place an online lunch order for our large group. The process was simple and efficient. Once you check out, the website estimates the arrival time. In our case, the arrival time easily beat the time they thought the order would be delivered. Using Grub Hub, you can order as a "Group" and include the person's name,... More

Family friendly restaurant. Ample parking in back of Westover strip mall. Nice menu of specialty pizzas and sandwiches. We've been going for years. A treat for the family after school or after church. Wait staff is always friendly and effecient. Love the "funky" art, and who doesn't love helping animals!

Lost Dog is a great place to experience a vast array of beers, sandwiches of ever-changing ingredients, and pizzas. It is very casual and very popular, so be prepared to wait a bit for a table at peak times. Two things you can do to avoid a wait: you can order out for delivery or pickup or you can go... More

It's hard to imagine any restaurant serving such bland and flavorless food. The guacamole was just mashed avocado, lacking any traditional spices. Our entrees of fettuccini neptune with shrimp, scallops and crab meat were completely without flavor. The sauce seemed to consist only of milk and a little heated butter poured over the pasta. Nothing else in the way of... More

Lost Dog Cafe is a combo of a pizzaria and a beer store/bar. They have an excellent beer selection that you can taste and buy to take home. There is a very large selection of pizzas from the normal to taco-pizza if you're in for something new. They also have some related dishes and subs on the menu, but we... More

Looking for some dinner in Arlington, we happened on the Lost Dog Cafe when looking for restaurants in the area. The cafe is located in a small strip mall but there was alot of parking on the street out front. We LOVED the theme - everything dog-related - but the place seemed like a nice spot for the locals too.... More
